Xing Fu Tang (幸福堂) is known for crafting the best handmade brown sugar pearls, and our name translates to “House of Happiness.” We aim to strike a “happiness pattern” in every cup, with our brown sugar pearls made without artificial syrups, preservatives, or additives, just premium ingredients and real craft. In-store, we feature an open-kitchen concept where brown sugar pearls are made daily, so all guests can see what goes into their cups. Our signature product is the Signature Brown Sugar Pearl Milk, which showcases our fresh brown sugar pearls made in-house with natural ingredients, fresh milk, and creamy cheese milk foam topped with lightly torched brown sugar for a crème brûlée-style finish.
