What's included
Order history and order actions
See every order for a day, filter and search them, and open any order to refund, cancel, close or reopen it from the back office.
DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub orders in one place
Orders from DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub and other marketplaces arrive on your Selflane POS and kitchen screens through StreamOrder, so you stop juggling a tablet per app.
Void and cancel reasons
Set the reasons staff pick when they cancel an order or void an item on the POS, and whether they can type their own or must add a note.
Take orders on the POS
Ring up dine-in, pick-up and delivery orders (and drive-thru when it's on) from the Make Order tab: choose a table or a pickup time, add items with their modifiers, seats and hold times, attach the customer or loyalty member, then send it to the kitchen.
Self-order kiosk (Selflane Hub)
Guests order and pay on a self-service screen running the Selflane Hub app. Paid orders go straight to your POS and kitchen screens, and the kiosk prints the guest's receipt with a pickup number.
- Switch between Open and Closed, filter by All / Dine in / Takeout / Delivery / Catering, pick a date, or search by order number, total or customer name. The tab shows a badge with the number of open online orders.
- Staff see their own register orders plus every online, kiosk and delivery-app order. Staff with Full Access can tap the arrows button to see everyone's orders.
- Each row shows the order number, a red bolt for rush, the tag number, the number of split checks, the time, the customer, and the total in red until it's paid. Delivery-app orders the guest pays for at the counter are marked Unpaid, and catering orders are marked Catering. A red warning appears if any order is overpaid.
- Register orders: Print, Rush, Edit (Edit Table, Time, Type · Apply Discount · Gift Card Discount · Void Items · Cancel Order · Tax Exempt · Partial Refund for card payments), Add, Repeat, Split, Tab, Member, Text, Pay and Reopen. Add, Repeat and Split only work before any payment is taken.
- Online orders: Order is Ready, Will be On Time, Will be Late (10–90 minutes) and Close Order. Under Edit: Edit Time, Cancel Order (Full Refund), Partial Refund and Adjust Price (Charge Extra).
- Kiosk orders: Close Order, and Void to reverse the kiosk payment and take a new one without canceling the order.
- Delivery-app orders: Order is Ready or Close Order; for anything else, contact the platform. Orders the guest pays at the counter are paid with Pay and can be canceled (manager approval).
- Cancels, voids, discounts, refunds, time and price edits ask for a manager. Tap the server name at the top to move the order to another staff member.
- Voided items show as a red Voided Item button you can open; Front shows the order on the customer-facing display.
