Daily sales report
A full sales report for a day or a date range: net sales, tax, tips, fees, payments, service charges, taxes, sales by platform and order type, and sales per server, with PDF and CSV export.
Cash drawer and cash handling
Decide how cash is handled: servers keep cash and settle at clock-out, or cash goes in the drawer and card tips are paid out of it — plus the starting float and drawer counts.
- Movements: pay-ins, pay-outs, server settlements and safe drops, with who did them; PDF and CSV export.
- Drawers: opening float, cash sales, refunds, pay-ins/outs, expected, counted, over/short and deposit for each drawer.
- Sessions: closed drawer sessions with their counts and denominations.
Read-only: drawer counts and pay-ins/outs are entered on the POS under Staff Self Service.
On the POS:
- Pay Ins/Outs (any signed-in staff): tap +, choose Pay In or Pay Out, add a description and amount (up to $10,000); the drawer opens on save. Staff record only their own; Advanced Access staff pick who the cash was received from or paid to. View the day By Associate (in, out, balance, printable) or By Items, grouped by station.
- Reverse (Advanced Access): swipe left on a pay in/out and tap Reverse, enter the amount (up to the original) and a reason, then Confirm. Settlements and drops can't be reversed here, and each entry only once.
- Count Cash Drawer (Advanced Access): a spot count by coin and bill, with the day's counts listed by station.
- Drawer (Advanced Access, when Settle and Drop, drawer cash handling or carry-over is on): Expected in drawer (opening, cash sales, cash refunds, pay ins, pay outs), money in and out by reason (pay in/out, settlement, drop), and the closing count with over or short, deposit and amount left in the drawer.
- The printed Overall Report includes a Drawer block with the cash totals when those drawer options are on.
